Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is conveniently located at Survey No. 520, in close proximity to Siya College, Maksi Road, Dewas (Madhya Pradesh). The sprawling expanse of our facility spans approximately 370,000 square feet, meticulously divided to serve different purposes. This includes a dedicated machinery area covering 32,500 square feet, a sizable raw material godown spanning 55,000 square feet, and a capacious finished goods godown spanning 25,000 square feet.
Our robust infrastructure serves as the bedrock of our operations, allowing us to effectively meet and exceed bulk production demands within the stipulated timeframes. The security of our premises is a paramount concern, which is why we’ve implemented a comprehensive CCTV camera security system. Additionally, the machinery building boasts epoxy flooring, while the raw material and finished goods godowns feature Kota Limestone flooring, further enhancing the overall safety and functionality of our setup.
To ensure the safety and operational integrity of our facility, we’ve integrated advanced alarm systems. Recognizing the importance of environmental responsibility, we’ve also incorporated a passive rainwater harvesting system, embodying our commitment to sustainable practices.
At the heart of our production prowess lies cutting-edge technology. Our plant is equipped with the latest advancements, including the I-mas system. This remarkable innovation encompasses a 12-roller mill equipped with 16 chakki units, collectively enabling an impressive capacity of up to 400 metric tons per day (MTPD). This integration of advanced machinery underscores our dedication to efficiency and excellence in every facet of our manufacturing process.
